Set in Bombay 1946, this Nandita Das movie (also played at the Cannes film festival) starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui takes us back to a time where a lot of untold events refold but are not talked about often. Seeing Nawazuddin Siddiqui in a role like Mantomade it feel like he was in his natural environment instead of it being a possible re-enactment. This director also brings back other well-known Bollywood actors (Rishi Kapoor, Ranvir Shorey, Paresh Rawal, Javed Akhtar, Divya Dutta) we haven’t seen in a while.
A fountain pen is a nib pen that, unlike its predecessor (the dip pen) contains an internal reservoir of liquid ink. The pen draws ink from the reservoir through a feed to the nib and deposits it on paper via a combination of gravity and capillary action. Filling the reservoir with ink may be achieved manually, via the use of a Pasteur pipette (eyedropper) or syringe, or via an internal filling mechanism which creates suction (for example, through a piston mechanism) to transfer ink directly through the nib into the reservoir. Some pens employ removable reservoirs in the form of pre-filled ink cartridges.
See, I didn’t know what to write about. I mean, I had a few topics in mind but I wasn’t sure if they were okay. So, I talked to a few of my friends and had decided that I was going to write about I missed about home and stuff, you know. Buzzfeed stuff. Then a friend (you know who you are) gave me this idea to write about Indian Heavy Metal Bands and so here I am. Indian bands aren’t that famous in India. They don’t get the publicity and promotion like the other bands or Bollywood do/does. So, I didn’t know of many heavy metal bands. I mean, I’d heard about them a while back and dismissed it because I wasn’t sure if what they were saying was true.
Hi guys! Hope you’re having a great weekend. I just finished watching “Jerry McGuire” for the first time and it’s fucking awesome. Maybe I’ll just change my mind about it 5 years later but as of now, I love it. What can I say? I’m a sappy romantic. Yes, I admitted it. Well, come on! It’s Tom Cruise crying, can’t say you don’t love it. And the part where he comes come and tells Dorothy why he loves her and telling her that she completes him is everything!
